We want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Hair must be unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, any hair that has been opened, installed, colored, cut, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return.
Process
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return at info@serenityhaircollection.com (include your order number and reason for return).
Once approved, ship the product back in its original condition.
After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange if requested.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale or clearance items.
Hair that has been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
